Owing to cancellation of several trains on the Pathankot Cantonment-Jammu Tawi railway section, passengers remained a harried lot on Tuesday. More than 12 trains will remain cancelled till November 26 due to the construction of a limited-height subway in the railway section.   Several others trains will either be partially cancelled or diverted to different routes.

The Ferozpur railway division spokesperson said,“Development work has been initiated and prior information was circulated that trains would be cancelled from November 19 to 26.” However, passengers at the city railway station said they were not informed about the cancellation of trains.
